  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Delivery:

    • Delivery time: 2–5 business days.
    • Rate: $5.00 or free for orders above $60.00.
  2. Express Delivery:

    • Delivery time: 1–2 business days.
    • Rate: $10.00.

4. Delivery Times

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or peak periods.

For urgent deliveries, we recommend choosing Express Delivery or contacting us directly.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • If no one is available to receive the package, our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery or leave a notification with instructions.
  • After two attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
